• Fun – atmosphere is at the heart of the Cribs experience – we want you to see certain of our design features, and feel lifted – even momentarily. Enough of these lifts improve life. We invest in each Crib’s communal space – in our experience it’s where the fun happens
• Stylish – we can do better than – and we believe you want better than – standard landlord ‘greige’
• Good value – We don’t want to come over all Trotskyist but we’re kind of through with ‘luxury’: in our experience it’s rarely delivered by those claiming it; and it’s also a bit, well, mean. For us, clever use of natural light, colour, and materials will impart a better sense of comfort than any amount of marble or gold taps.
