It’s been a very busy but exciting week in the Professional Cribs office. We’re delighted to announce that we are nearing completion on our first Professional Crib! 4 Kingsley Avenue is a stunning six bedroom house located in West Ealing – Just ten minutes away from local buses and West Ealing station. The core goal of this renovation was to create a ‘Home’ environment for professionals. ‘Home’ means a friendly chat, familiar faces – different to a one bedroom flat or a new build studio apartment.
We’re down to the finishing touches of the renovation progress, meaning that the property is now available for groups to view. We’ll be having an open day on Monday the 18th July and would love it if you could come along!
All new furniture has been chosen by our in house interior design team to compliment the already sophisticated character of the house. We’ve kept period features throughout 4 Kingsley Avenue – since character is always essential!
A new and much more durable and attractive banister was added to the Crib.
The pendant lights have been added to the Kitchen breakfast bar, completed with vintage light bulbs (Try not to be distracted by a builder having a sneaky sandwich in the corner)
Carl Williams (Managing Director) and Elise West (Lettings Manager) visited the site last week to check out the first Professional Crib – This was Elise’s first real life encounter of a Crib so she was blown away by the quality of the finish! You can see within this picture that the kitchen is coming together very well, in the back of the photo you can also see the stunning 2.7 meter bi-fold doors that give this room a great natural light. I’m sure this kitchen will play host to a lot of amazing dinner parties!
Another finished bedroom, all furniture was once again selected to compliment the existing layout of the room.
The bathrooms are just about finished. Just awaiting some finishing touches. Check out those tiles!
