4 Kingsley Avenue Photo Shoot

Posted by James Wragg on July 26, 2016

On Monday 25th of July, 4 Kingsley Avenue got ready for its big photo shoot. After months of hard work in the Professional Cribs office, and on site, the house is finally fully furnished, looking amazing and definitely photograph ready.
The day started early at 9am but being in such a good location (just 10 minutes away from West Ealing Station) it didn’t take us long to get there at all and the early start was definitely necessary as it is such a big house and so there was lot to cover (6 double bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a huge open plan living and kitchen area with big folding doors that open up onto the large, two leveled patio garden).
Our photographer, Angus Pigott, was there when we arrived with his photography camera, panoramic camera and video camera all on hand and ready for the shoot.

It was a beautiful day and so the first shots started outside!

After capturing the huge patio garden with its big wooden bench, Angus turned around and took photos from the garden into the spacious and bright kitchen and living area. With so much space, this really is an ideal place for group meals, communal cooking, BBQs and amazing dinner parties!

After the shots from outside had been taken, we moved inside the kitchen to capture the cosy snug style living area, which has been furnished with a large comfy sofa, flat screen television and unique lights and fish eye mirrors that definitely add to the character of the room.

Once the photo shoot of the kitchen and living areas had been completed and the biggest room of the house was out of the way, we made ourselves at home at its breakfast bar, which Charlie Barda (Investment Director – Professional Cribs) decided was a perfect place to relax, do some work and probably even move in himself!

Then it was time to photograph the 6 double bedrooms, spread out across the house with 2 on the top floor, 3 on the middle floor and 1 on the ground floor, and a bathroom on each level. This is a picture of one of our top floor rooms that has an amazing skylight window – skylights also feature all round 4 Kingsley Avenue, for example in the kitchen and above the staircase, bringing floods of light all through the house.

After the bedrooms, bathrooms and finally the separate laundry room had all been photographed in both 2D and 3D, it was time to film some videos and then say a sad goodbye to the incredible 4 Kingsley Avenue.

This fantastic property will not be on the market for long, if you’re interested in viewing then please click the picture below and make an enquiry to book a viewing!
